1. Create unique content on your site (All people know this things)

The actual content on the internet, many are discussing the same topic. However, the way of presentation or writing a different way. example, you post about "how to earn money from youtube",so many people discusing about this. Well, if your content is the result of copy and paste from other sources, your site will not be approved on Google AdSense PPC program.

2. Google look your site by Age (Its not important things)
No need to be too hasty, generaly age your site for application for google adsense you need aged site about 6 month. But i think this is not important thing because you just need uniqe content from your site.
3. How many content on your site
More content you will get more visitor and than you can make more earning. I dont know exactly content needed for your site but on my opinion more content you will get easily ger aprroved.
